Ms. Holden’s education includes an Associate’s Degree as a physical therapy assistant, Community College of Allegheny County; a Bachelor’s Degree in human movement, Lake Erie College, Ohio; a Master’s of physical therapy, Duquesne University, Pittsburgh; and a Doctorate in physical therapy, Gannon University, Erie, Pa. Ms. Holden has worked with clients in skilled nursing centers and long-term care facilities.

She is skilled in evaluating problems and developing treatment programs and has worked with patients who have orthopedic, neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions. She has extensive experience with a wide range of modalities and has managed rehabilitative exercise programs. Much of Ms. Holden’s experience has been with older adults; she understands the mobility, flexibility, balance and pain challenges that this population faces and she enjoys developing innovative programs for this group.
